Clyde & Co is pleased to announce that Stewart Perry will join the firm's insolvency and reorganisation team as a partner in London.
Stewart joins Clyde & Co from DLA Piper where he was a partner in the restructuring team. Stewart specialises in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious insolvency work.
He acts primarily for insolvency practitioners and various categories of financier. Stewart's experience covers the full range of insolvency work, from discrete issues in trading insolvencies to multinational multimillion pound frauds.
He has been instructed in respect of insolvent companies, individuals, workingmen's clubs, various partnerships and a charity. As well as providing training to clients, Stewart regularly presents and chairs R3 (Association of Business Recovery Professionals) courses.
