Clyde & Co is delighted to announce the arrival of new trade finance partner Philip Prowse.
Philip joins the firm's London office from Salans, where he was a partner and joint head of the firm's global banking and finance practice group.

Philip specialises in providing banking and finance advice to a mixture of lenders, borrowers and other counterparties across the banking and finance spectrum, covering mainstream bank lending, structured trade finance, project finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and restructuring. Philip also has considerable experience in derivatives.
In particular he advises banks and international trading entities in connection with their mainstream and structured trade finance activities.
His work has for many years spanned a number of geographical jurisdictions and he has extensive experience in the Emerging Markets of Central and Eastern Europe, having advised on the financing of a multitude of projects in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and other Republics of the CIS. He has also advised extensively on the financing of projects in Poland, and throughout Western Europe.
