International law firm Clyde & Co LLP, today announced that banking & finance partner Adrian Low has joined its Middle East practice, based in the firm's Dubai office.
Adrian joins Clyde & Co having spent 3 years in the Middle East region, the past 2 of which in Kuwait, developing a regional finance practice. Prior to relocating to the Middle East, Adrian worked for over 10 years in the London market advising leading and mid-sized finance houses.
Adrian's main expertise and focus is finance in connection with mergers and acquisitions, acting for lenders and borrowers, as well as general finance facilities. Adrian has many years experience advising local and international banks, financial institutions and corporates and has advised on the financing aspects of a number of high profile transactions across the Middle East and the UK. Recently, Adrian advised Al-Khorayef on its KD 48,000,000 syndicated Islamic and conventional facility.
