Clyde & Co has reached a significant milestone in its commitment to supporting employees with caring responsibilities by being accredited as a 'Carer Confident' employer by Carers UK.

Clyde & Co has been officially accredited as a 'Carer Confident' employer by Carers UK, recognising its commitment to supporting employees with caring responsibilities.

With an estimated 52,000 unpaid carers in Scotland and many more across the UK workforce, the firm established the PACT (Parents and Carers Together) network over two years ago to provide a supportive space for carers. The network now includes hundreds of members and leaders from across the firm, hosting events, redefining what it means to be a carer, and aligning with the firm’s values of boldness and inclusivity. The accreditation acknowledges the impact of this initiative and the firm’s ongoing dedication to championing carers’ rights and wellbeing through future events, collaborations, and global engagement, marking a significant milestone in an evolving journey.
