Harriet Davies focuses her practice in the areas of cyber, specialty and professional liability, including coverage for cyber security, data breaches, privacy matters and the monitoring of third-party litigation arising from these breaches.
For two years, Harriet trained as an English-qualified lawyer in our firm's London office, working on contentious matters involving insurance regulation and compliance; insurance and reinsurance disputes across professional liability, financial lines, trade credit, political risks and product liability claims; and advising on coverage and subrogation cases. Harriet also worked on numerous non-contentious matters involving the international expansion of insurance companies overseas and other corporate and commercial insurance agreements.
