Sarah Hertz concentrates her practice on representing domestic and international insurers in complex insurance coverage disputes involving sexual misconduct allegations, municipalities, and civil rights matters.
Sarah previously acted as defense counsel for a wide range of clients, including Fortune 500 corporations, involved in complex commercial and toxic tort litigation. She has handled all aspects of defense litigation both inside and outside the courtroom. Sarah has additional experience litigating insurance defense matters in Chicago.
During law school, Sarah held several law clerk positions, and also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Raul Vega, Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois in the Domestic Relations Division.
