Amy has worked in the insurance market since 2009 and was called to the Bar (as a non-practising barrister) before cross-qualifying as a solicitor in 2013.
In 2011, Amy began handling professional indemnity claims against solicitors and since then has developed a broad practice acting for a wide range of professionals, including solicitors, financial advisors, insolvency practitioners, surveyors, construction professionals, insurance brokers, and managing agents. Amy also deals with a variety of claims arising from Directors & Officers and Financial Institutions insurance policies.

Defending a large firm of solicitors in relation to a complex and high value claim arising out of a leasehold enfranchisement in an exclusive area of London.
Dealing with national and international claims under Directors & Officers and Financial Institution professional indemnity policies for a global insurer while on secondment, including considering coverage.
Defending solicitors against a claim for breach of trust and negotiating a settlement at a tripartite mediation.
