Elizabeth (Beth) Musser is an experienced litigator who focuses on representing insurance companies in complex coverage disputes. She represents clients in bad faith litigation and in disputes of insurance coverage. Beth handles matters involving policies of general liability, professional liability, directors and officers, as well as errors and omissions.
Beth litigates cases in both state and federal courts. She has briefed cases on appeal before the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit.
