Kate Myers is an Arizona native who focuses her practice in commercial litigation, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, and civil appeals. She graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2015, then she clerked on the Arizona Court of Appeals and Arizona Supreme Court for the Hon. Kessler (ret.), Cruz, Morse, Beene, and Bailey between 2015 and 2019. She then entered practice focusing on insurance coverage and civil appeals, and she broadened her practice to include commercial litigation, insurance bad faith in 2022 and 2023. She has authored multiple articles for publications including Arizona Attorney and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, and she loves mentoring students and young attorneys.
