Alison has previously specialised in defending clinical negligence claims against the NHS and private hospitals, and now specialises in catastrophic personal injury claims, particularly those where there are causation issues.

She is experienced in negotiating settlements made up of lump sum and periodical payments orders, as well as claims brought by severely injured claimants which require court approval.  Alison is also experienced at dealing with claims where the claimant has been injured in-utero.
