Abby Abuya serves as coverage counsel, advising domestic and international insurers in complex insurance disputes. 

Abby started her legal career at a Kenyan-based law firm where her practice primarily focused on commercial litigation and transactional law. In this role, she represented and advised insurers in complex civil litigation actions and insurance claims arising from property damage. 

Abby joined Clyde & Co’s Chicago office in March 2025 as a Law Clerk and was promoted to Associate in September 2025. She is a member of our Liability and Excess Coverage practice group.
