Charlie advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims, restrictive covenant disputes, executive terminations, disciplinary and grievance processes, and company-wide restructures. His practice focuses predominantly on high stakes employment litigation, and he regularly acts for employers in defending discrimination, unfair dismissal, and breach of contract claims. Charlie also has significant experience enforcing restrictive covenants against senior executives who have sought to join competing businesses.
Before joining Clyde & Co, Charlie worked at an international law firm in Australia and completed an in house secondment with an international airline. As a result, he regularly advises clients on both UK and Australian employment law matters.
