He is well-versed in the evolving trends within the real estate market and has a strong understanding of the key statutes governing conveyancing in Ghana. Daniyal has extensive expertise in the legal frameworks governing financial institutions, litigation, investment laws, and business operations in Ghana, as well as a deep knowledge of the procedures and processes within government ministries, departments, and agencies.
Daniyal was named by Business Today as one of Ghana’s Top 10 Dispute Resolution Lawyers in 2023, for his significant contributions to the development of dispute resolution in Ghana and ranked by Chambers and Partners as a leading lawyer in Dispute Resolution.
Daniyal is a qualified lawyer in Ghana and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and the Commonwealth Lawyers Association. He is also a Notary Public.
Prior to joining Legal Ink, Daniyal served as a Legal Officer for two manufacturing companies and two banks, where he gained in-depth knowledge of banking, commercial, and corporate law.
