Khaled has experience of litigating cases before the onshore Arabic local courts and the offshore English-language DIFC and ADGM Courts. With respect to arbitrations, he has experience of arbitrations conducted under the auspices of many arbitral institutions including the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre (arbitrateAD), Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Khaled is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales. He completed his Bachelor of Laws in SOAS, University of London and completed both the Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice in City St George's, University of London.
