Amber acts for a range of construction professionals, including design and build contractors, architects, engineers and consultants, in relation to construction disputes, professional negligence claims and related insurance matters. She has experience assisting clients throughout the lifecycle of construction disputes, from pre-action investigations through to litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Amber also has experience advising insurers on complex coverage issues arising from professional indemnity, and has experience managing complex, multi-party construction disputes involving contractors, subcontractors and construction professionals
