Gemma specialises in Catastrophic Injury claims (EL, PL and RTA). Her primary role involves assisting on high‑value cases involving complex orthopaedic injuries, amputations, traumatic brain injuries and spinal injuries. She also manages her own caseload of large loss claims and works with several insurer clients from initial instruction through to settlement. Her role includes conducting liability investigations, assessing quantum and providing clients with clear, open and honest advice at every stage of the process.
