Emma Eccles is a partner at our Manchester office and works in our catastrophic injury team. She specialises in employers' liability, public liability, and road traffic accident cases. All of her cases involve life-changing injuries: head trauma, spinal damage, chronic pain, amputations, and multiple orthopaedic injuries.
Emma shares her expertise in catastrophic injury with our wider teams by sitting on our national catastrophic injury subject matter group (CAT) and also has numerous published works on Court of Protection (CP) cases.
