Monica Espinel

Monica is a member of our Coverage practice group, where she assists insurers with coverage analysis, coverage disputes, and litigation. She works with clients on matters involving policy interpretation, claims investigations, and potential bad faith exposure, and represents insurers in both state and federal courts.  

Monica earned her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University, where she received her undergraduate degree.

During her time at Florida International University College of Law, Monica competed as a member of the Negotiation and Mediation Team, participating in advocacy competitions focused on negotiation and dispute resolution. 

In her free time, Monica enjoys reading, traveling, and working out.
