Claudia is an Associate in the Property Litigation team, having joined the firm in 2015. Claudia has experience advising across a broad range of Real Estate related disputes including acting for landlords with asset management related issues from rent arrears, rent review, service charge disputes and consultations, assisting well-known retailers and other occupiers with their property portfolio management including all aspects of the lease renewal process as well as neighbour disputes, dilapidations and break right disputes and advising developers to help forecast potential issues and find solutions before they arise. She is dedicated to providing a high standard of service to clients and offering both commercial and pragmatic solutions to their needs.
