Candace Hwang Hart is a litigation attorney and a member of the Aviation Liability practice group.
Prior to transitioning to law, Candace worked as an aerospace and pharmaceutical chemist. As a chemist, she contributed to research that resulted in the publication “Effects of Familial Alzheimer’s Disease Mutations on the Assembly of a β-Hairpin Peptide Derived from Aβ 16–36.” Candace’s technical background allows her to connect technical expertise with legal strategy.
Before joining Clyde & Co, Candace concentrated her practice on complex business disputes, insurance coverage, and enforcing intellectual property rights. Additionally, Candace served as a judicial extern to the Honorable R. Gary Klausner of the US District Court for the Central District of California.
