Ben is a Senior Associate in our Property & Liability team with extensive experience in advising on coverage for construction, property and business interruption claims and running subrogated recoveries.

Ben’s recent coverage experience includes complex claims under Construction All Risks policies, litigated claims for business interruption losses arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, and other complex property and business interruption claims which frequently involve technical questions of causation.

Ben has also a growing inherent defect insurance practice advising on policy coverage and running subrogated recoveries. His work includes high-value coverage disputes relating to both commercial and residential properties as well as consumer disputes. Ben also handles subrogated recoveries arising out of inherent defect insurance claims including claims against developers, contractors and cladding suppliers.
