David is an Associate in our Planning and Environment Team. He qualified in 2021 and joined Clyde & Co in 2022.

David has a broad range of experience in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of town and country planning for clients in the commercial, industrial, marine, retail and residential sectors. David’s non-contentious experience includes negotiating and drafting section 106 and highways agreements and advising on complex strategic development projects. On the contentious side, his experience includes judicial and statutory review, compulsory purchase and public inquiries. David also regularly assists with specialist infrastructure projects under the Planning Act 2008 (NSIPs).
