Christian McCarthy predominantly focuses his practice on general liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and construction matters, from inception through trial. 

Christian has extensive experience representing physicians, hospitals, and other medical providers, as well as owners, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, property management companies, municipalities, public benefit corporations, private landowners, and businesses, and is well-versed in the New York State Labor Law.

Over the course of his career, Christian has had significant and extensive experience advising clients on complex issues and developing strategies for resolution, having successfully resolved numerous complex matters on behalf of his clients. 

Previously, Christian was a partner for a prominent medical malpractice defense firm representing physicians, hospitals, healthcare systems, and other medical professionals in varying complex medical malpractice matters.
