Daniel McDonough is a member of Clyde & Co’s Aviation Liability practice group, bringing a strong litigation background and hands on defense experience to the team. Daniel joins the firm from a boutique insurance defense practice on Long Island, where he concentrated on medical malpractice and elevator/escalator liability matters.
Daniel has been involved in all stages of defense litigation, including case investigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. His experience navigating complex liability issues and working closely with insurers and industry professionals strengthens his ability to support aviation clients facing high exposure claims.
