Graham is a Partner in the employment, pensions and immigration team. Graham is experienced in all aspects of employment law and appears regularly at the Employment Tribunal

Graham is based in Glasgow and has specialised in Employment Law almost exclusively for 25 years. He is known for his commercial approach in assisting a variety of clients on all aspects of employment law. He has a particular interest in discrimination, redundancy, TUPE and social media issues. 

He has for several years been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as both a specialist in Employment Law & Discrimination Law.

Graham is also known for his negotiation skills and expert advocacy skills. He conducts a variety of training and is regularly asked to write articles on employment law issues.

Graham has been recognised by the Chambers Legal Directory as an employment law specialist for several years.
