Imani's practice focuses on banking and debt finance. He also assists clients with intellectual property matters and advises on corporate regulatory issues.
Imani joined Clyde & Co Tanzania in December 2018. He predominantly works in the Banking and Debt Finance and Intellectual Property departments.
He completed his Bachelor of Laws degree at Mzumbe University in Morogoro. Imani also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania and a Master's degree in Revenue Law and Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam.
Imani is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a member of the Tanganyika Law Society.
