Victoria Munian has spent over a decade counseling and representing institutional clients, including insurers in pre-suit and litigated property coverage disputes. Victoria routinely represents clients in breach of contract and declaratory judgment actions as well as bad faith and other extra-contractual liability claims. She also has significant experience with examinations under oath, fraud investigations, and other first-party claims.
In recent years, Victoria has assisted in obtaining favorable summary judgment rulings for her clients, including rulings in connection with first-party bad faith claims and uninsured motorist coverage for a municipality.
Victoria lives in Atlanta with her precocious apricot toy poodle, Duncan. She volunteers for the Alzheimer's Association Dancing Stars Gala Fundraiser and enjoys cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
