Anna Narodzonek

Anna Narodzonek is an Associate and trainee attorney-at-law in our Warsaw office since 2024. Anna has over 4 years’ experience in legal advisory for energy sector companies, including in the renewable energy sources (RES) sector. 

She provides ongoing legal services to entities operating in the RES sector. Her experience includes transactional advice on the sale of energy sector companies and RES projects. Anna supports investors in contractual issues connected with the construction of RES facilities in particular in regard to securing the legal title to the land and in the course of administrative proceedings related to the development of RES projects. 

Anna also advises on project financing of RES projects. She participates in conducting due diligence and preparation of red flag reports for wind farm projects and solar farms.

Anna is an author of the article “Land property lease agreement concluded in connection with the construction of a photovoltaic farm” published in 2021 and the co-author of a handbook of administrative procedures for renewable energy sources (publication is scheduled for Q1 2024).

• Advising on the acquisition of a portfolio of photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of 42 MW – in favour of a leading German developer of PV projects.
• Advising on the acquisition of a portfolio of photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of 22 MW – in favour of a leading German developer of PV projects.
• Advising on the acquisition of a portfolio of wind projects with a total capacity of 32,5 MW – in favour of a leading German developer of wind projects.
• Advising on the restructuring of a bridge financing covering a portfolio of photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of 40 MW – in favour of a leading German developer of PV projects.
• Advising on the obtaining of a bank financing covering two portfolios of photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of 37 MW – in favour of a leading German developer of PV projects.
