• Representing insurers of major PRPs in connection with in-water contamination claims at the Portland Harbor Superfund Site by the US EPA, and soil and groundwater contamination claims by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality.
• Represented primary insurer of a glass factory which allegedly caused metals contamination resulting in class action litigation by city residents.
• Represented primary insurer of a municipality allegedly liable to numerous citizens and businesses in connection with city-wide protests in 2020.
