Damirca graduated from Universidad de Los Andes in 2001, and earned her specialization degree on Labor Law at Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Caracas, in 2004.

Her practice is concentrates in labor and corporate law. She deals with contentious and non-contentious matters. Damirca has wide experience in negotiation of contracts between private companies and the Venezuelan State, as well as other public entities.

Damirca is a member of the Legal Committee and the Young Executive Section of the British Chamber of Commerce in Venezuela.
