David Pflieger is a seasoned General Counsel, CEO, COO, Board Director, and commercial and military pilot with more than three decades of leadership experience across the aviation, transportation, technology, artificial intelligence, and private equity sectors. Dave has built a distinguished career advising, leading, restructuring, and transforming complex organizations operating in highly regulated industries around the world.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Dave served as CEO and President, Board Director, and Advisor to PrimeAI, where he led a team of data scientists and data engineers leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to help organizations solve complex business challenges, improve operational performance, and increase enterprise value.

Dave is widely recognized for successfully leading companies through periods of growth, transformation, restructuring, recapitalization, and strategic transactions. Throughout his executive career, he has served as CEO of multiple airlines and technology-focused businesses, delivering successful turnarounds, capital raises, enterprise restructurings & improvements, and financial exits.
