- Acting for Carphone Warehouse on the sale and leaseback of its UK head office building to a foreign investor
- Advising on the creation of a pop up shopping centre, built from steel shipping containers, at Boxpark in the East End of London involving advising on all acquisition issues, drafting a set of standard documents and fully letting the scheme
- Acting for Clydesdale Bank uncovering an attempted GBP 70 million mortgage fraud which was instrumental in leading to the conviction of two fraudsters in 2011
