Jenika has advised on a number of transactions, working with clients operating in the education, energy, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, retail and consumer, and technology sectors.

Jenika is a licenced lawyer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom, in 2018.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Jenika completed her training contract at a global law firm and spent a year at a large UK-based law firm. Whilst a student, Jenika interned at a leading PRC law firm in China.

  • In-house experience in the legal team at the London headquarters of a multinational technology company and for a UK Government body. Produced and negotiated on a variety of documentation including NDAs, MOUs, licence agreements, sponsorship agreements, services agreements and EULAs.
  • Advised a major British supermarket on a partnership with a garden centre chain.
  • Advised a technology business to deploy their sensing technology within an international oilfield services company.
  • Advised a multinational energy company on the integration of pre-paid payment cards into their network.
  • Advised a leading real estate developer on their collaboration with a payment solutions provider.
  • Produced a suite of template agreements for a sustainable investment company.
  • Delivered data protection training to various clients including an API firm and transport business. 
  • Undertaken pro bono work for various charities and local businesses, in particular helping to protect their intellectual property.
