Representing regional and international corporations and government clients, Nicholas has extensive experience advising on complex, cross-border matters across the APAC region. He is a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia.

Nicholas’ practice spans both contentious and non-contentious work, including workplace investigations, employment litigation, strategic advisory, privacy/data protection, transactional support, and policy development.

Nicholas also advises public and private entities on corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He has supported in-house teams across numerous APAC jurisdictions by developing internal policies, compliance manuals, training materials to cater for a wide array of jurisdiction-specific obligations.

Nicholas has advised local and federal governments across a range of legal issue, from privacy compliance and data retention to complaint management and due process.
