• Advising on the GBP 18 million acquisition and funding of a UK nursing home and business
• Advising on various UK leisure industry transactions, including the acquisition, funding and letting of several 5* hotels, with values ranging from GBP 4 – 27 million
• Acting for the developer on the GBP 5 million acquisition, development and funding of a PFI funded hospital in the UK
• Acting for Credit Suisse lending in excess of GBP 85 million on high value UK residential properties
• Advising on the acquisition and refinancing of the grade II listed Time Life building in London
• Acting for Partnership Assurance and Westhouse Securities in connection with two lettings in Heron Tower, one of London's tallest and most prestigious buildings
