Annarose Reilly is an Associate in the Perth office, specialising in general commercial litigation, dispute resolution as well as insurance related matters. Annarose acts for defendants across a number of lines of insurance business, including professional indemnity and financial lines claims. She has particular experience in the construction, mining, resources and energy sectors. She is passionate about achieving an efficient, cost effective and pragmatic resolution for clients. 

Annarose has experience across a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious work, including contractual claims, claims in negligence, and advising in connection with regulatory and professional investigations. She has been involved in cases litigated in many Australian jurisdictions, including the District and Supreme Courts of Western Australia, and the Federal Court of Australia.

• Defending a large corporate entity in proceedings in the Supreme Court of Western Australia regarding the contamination of government land. 
• Representing a major EPCM contractor in a dispute concerning one of Australia's largest iron ore processing facilities. 
• Acting in defence of work, health and safety prosecutions against companies following a workplace fatality.
• Advising on a variety of coverage issues including claims relating to property damage and claims involving multiple parties. 
• Defending a former director of a large cooperative facing defamation proceedings in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
