Charlotte Santos is a Senior Associate in the Catastrophic and Large Loss team, based in our Liverpool Office, having joined BLM (who merged with Clyde & Co) in 2008 as a Trainee Solicitor.
Charlotte specialises in catastrophic injury claims (EL, PL and RTA) and her primary role is assisting on claims which are generally worth in excess of £1million, including, complex orthopaedic injuries, amputations, TBI’s and spinal injuries. In addition, Charlotte has her own case load of large loss claims and is confident and well experienced in attending conferences with counsel, clients, witnesses and experts as well as attending JSM’s.
Charlotte works with several insurer clients who find her attention to detail, and ability to implement systems and processes, valuable to the progression of claims.
Charlotte also sits on our Care, Statutory Funding and Rehabilitation Subject Matter Group.
