Elena Schwartz is a member of Clyde & Co’s Liability & Excess Coverage practice group. 
 
Elena draws on experience as a law clerk in the firm’s New Jersey office, where she carried out legal research, drafted motions and memoranda, reviewed case files, and supported courtroom work.
 
Elena also brings earlier experience organizing case files, reviewing court reports and civil actions, and assisting with appeals for a practice focused on bankruptcy and child custody matters. This background gives her a sharp eye for detail and a steady approach to managing risk.
