Jeremy has over 18 years of experience dealing with the full spectrum of Real Estate related disputes.

For Developers – Jeremy works closely with our transactional Real Estate team both in helping to forecast potential issues and solutions before they arise and dealing with them when they do.  He has significant experience in advising in complex Rights to Light matters acting for developers, purchasers and funders.

For Landlords – Jeremy has worked for landlords all his career and is well versed in dealing with all kinds of asset management related issues from rent arrears, rent review, service charge disputes and consultations.

For Occupiers – Jeremy works for a number of well-known retailers assisting them with their property portfolio management including all aspects of the lease renewal process.

Insolvent Real Estate – Jeremy has an ongoing passion for work in the insolvent real estate space and has acted for banks, Receivers, administrators, liquidators and landlords in all aspects of insolvent real estate.

Jeremy is ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners 2024.
