Jidapa has extensive experience in all stages of litigation and pre-litigation procedures, having worked at leading law firms in Bangkok. Her notable representations include enforcing a Thai arbitral award for a global freight forwarding company and successfully defending a major surveying firm against false claims in court. She also represented a global logistics company in multiple disputes arising from a ship collision that caused damage to sensitive cargo, further strengthening her expertise in cargo claims and bills of lading.

In addition, Jidapa advises on bankruptcy and business reorganization matters, assisting creditor clients in securing debt recovery and navigating Thailand’s regulatory landscape.
