Lind Stapley is a complex conflicts resolution attorney with over 30 years of experience negotiating, mediating, and litigating client matters in state and federal court. Lind's areas of practice include insurance coverage, insurance contribution, environmental law, and business matters. He conducted the first virtual trial in Oregon and has appellate experience in Oregon, Washington, and at the Ninth Circuit. Lind has worked on most of the Superfund sites in the Pacific Northwest and has experience with agriculture, health, and abuse claims.

Lind spent the past three years serving as the Mission President of the Philippines Cavite Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He also speaks German.
