Oliver qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and subsequently practiced at a leading national firm for 7 years before joining Clyde & Co in 2025. Oliver manages a broad spectrum of cases from initial instruction through to trial.
Oliver has particular expertise in a range of cases including claims brought under the Fatal Accidents Act and the Human Rights Act. Oliver also has extensive experience of claims arising from birth and brain injuries, emergency medicine, vascular and spinal surgery.
