Alicia commenced her legal career at Clyde & Co as a Summer Clerk across multiple practice groups before completing the Law Graduate program within the Corporate Insurance & Regulatory team.

Admitted in September 2025, Alicia is now an Associate in the Corporate Insurance & Regulatory team. Her experience includes corporate advisory and financial services regulatory matters, with additional exposure to employment law and regulatory investigations.

Expérience

• Portfolio transfers and transactions – Assisting a client with advisory work for a cross jurisdictional acquisition of run-off insurance books, including drafting and amending key transaction documents. 
• Policy and contract review – Reviewing and advising on policy and contractual arrangements. 
• Regulatory compliance (ASIC / APRA / ACCC) – Supporting clients with preparation for the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR), advising on Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) compliance, assisting with ASIC notifications and lodgements, and advising on developments in the ACCC merger control framework. 
• Investigations – Assisting with the review of a corporate investigation for a large real estate and leasing group concerning employee conduct.
