Alyssa Telles Wyatt works in the firm’s Trial & Defense group. Alyssa's practice focuses on public entity defense, particularly in labor and employment matters involving reasonable accommodation, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation issues. She also advises on pre-litigation matters, such as the conduct of internal investigations. In addition to her labor and employment practice, Alyssa’s experience spans sexual misconduct, premises liability, product defect, and personal injury defense in the pre-trial, post-trial, and appellate stages.
Alyssa graduated from LMU Loyola Law School, where she served as a staffer and editor on the flagship journal Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. This journal selected and published her Note in its 56th volume. During production of her Note, Alyssa worked as an editor, mentoring students with drafting, revising, and publishing their own articles.
Before law school, Alyssa worked in legal billing and as a litigation paralegal—experience that provided an invaluable foundation for her legal practice.
In her free time, Alyssa practices yoga, paints, and reads.
