Helena qualified as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) in 2023 and joined Clyde & Co in October the same year. She studied in Freiburg and Kiel.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co as a lawyer, Helena worked several years for Clyde & Co and gained experience as a research assistant.

Her practice focuses on domestic and international commercial, shipping and insurance litigation as well as pilotage matters. She offers knowledge in advising clients on all aspects of yacht law - from sale and purchase to refit negotiations as well as new builds and insurance issues.
Helena also advises on pilotage matters.
