Michelle works on D&O and PI coverage matters, including significant class actions within the Supreme Court of NSW, Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia. Michelle also regularly works on direct defence for D&O and PI defence and subrogated recovery actions.
Michelle also regularly acts for insured clients under Management Liability, Employment Practices Liability or similar policies.
Prior to settling in complex insurance, Michelle also gained experience with our professional disputes and construction teams and has experience with personal injury claims and construction PI claims.
