Amina has advised clients operating in the construction, insurance, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Amina has managed a portfolio of multinational clients, providing guidance on corporate governance, employment and immigration issues, foreign direct investment, regulatory compliance required of financial institutions, non-governmental organisations, the extractive industries, telecommunications, as well as other regulated corporate bodies in emerging markets.
Amina is admitted to practice law in Ghana and holds a Master of Corporate Law (MCL) degree from the University of Cambridge, where she graduated with First Class Honors.
Prior to her appointment as partner, Amina has served on the board of several charitable organisations and companies as a member and secretary.
