Daniel joined Clyde & Co in June 2026. He advises on liability and insurance law, including business interruption and insurance coverage in complex cyber-related cases.
Daniel completed his law degree at Saarland University with an academic focus on insurance law. During and after his studies, he worked for six years at the university at a chair for insurance law as a research assistant.
He holds a doctorate in law (Dr. iur.) from the Saarland University, having written his thesis on the GDV's model terms and conditions for cyber insurance.
