Fatima has advised on a broad spectrum of corporate transactions representing clients operating in the energy, food and beverage, industrial, payment solutions, real estate and telecommunications sectors. 
She is admitted as a lawyer to the Paris bar. 

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Fatima has worked as an in-house lawyer in a family office based in Dubai and as an associate for five years at Norton Rose Fulbright Paris. 

Fatima is fluent in French and English.

• Advising leading provider of innovative payment solutions on the acquisition of all shares of a payment transaction processing services provider.
• Advising global leader in carton food packaging systems in acquiring 100% of a major player in carton and packaging systems across the MENA region, with production facilities in Morocco and Saudi Arabia.
• Advising a real estate group in its acquisition of one of the biggest resorts in West Africa.
• Counseling leading North African banks on financing of major infrastructure projects.
