Kay Darling is a Senior Associate with over 16 years' experience in occupational disease claims.

She specialises in claims arising from occupational exposure to asbestos, acting on behalf of insurers and their policyholders. Kay’s specialism in asbestos-related claims, includes mesothelioma and asbestos-related lung cancer, with further expertise in the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court and Court of Session.

She advises on FSCS-related matters and is the Chairperson of FOIL’s Scottish Disease Sector Focus Team. Kay is also a Notary Public.
